This past year, we continued to innovate and serve our lender partners through key enhancements to our risk management models and technology platforms. We are proud that since our inception, Essent MI has helped more than 3.3 million homebuyers achieve or maintain homeownership.

Our commitment to being a good corporate citizen extends into the communities where we live and work. In 2025, as part of our focus on corporate responsibility, Essent was proud to contribute over $1 million to more than 40 organizations nationwide. Our efforts and the volunteer work of our dedicated employees were centered on creating a positive impact in the critical areas of Housing, Health and Education.
