Essent Group Ltd. (NYSE: ESNT) announced today that Adolfo Marzol has
resigned from its Board of Directors, effective May 6, 2017. His
resignation follows his appointment as Senior Advisor to Dr. Ben Carson,
United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
